Please note: Due to the huge rise in the cost of electricity there could be a separate daily heating supplement charge during the winter months. We will of course monitor the situation and adjust this heating supplement accordingly. Thank you for understanding.

Booking Terms

• Only Cats of the same family may share.
• Prices include food,( except if the cat is on a prescription diet which we ask that you bring this with you).
• Payment must be made on drop off of your cat. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer. At peak times a holding deposit may be required, unless otherwise agreed.
• A full day’s boarding is charged for the days of arrival and departure as chalets require cleaning and disinfection between boarders, and allows flexibility for owners to deliver and collect their cats.
• The minimum stay is 3 days boarding, and 5 days boarding at Christmas and Easter

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the full booking within 7 days of the commencement of the booking will result in the full boarding fees being due for payment.
Cancellation of the full booking within 8 to 14 days of the commencement of the booking will result in 50% of the full boarding fees being due for payment.
